  Ayurveda

Ayurveda is now a statutory, recognized medical system of health care like other medical systems existing in India. It focuses on establishing and maintaining the balance of the life’s energies from with in the individuals. Ayurveda has effective remedies for Anxiety, Head Ache, Stress, Tension, Insomnia, Body pain, Sinusitis, Rheumatism, Inflammation of joints, Osteoarthritis, Spondilitis, Spondilosis, Psoriasis, Hemiplegia, Facial Palsy, Diabetes, Hepatitis, Obesity etc.

Ayurveda operates on the precept that various materials of vegetable, animal, and mineral origin have medicinal value. The medicinal properties of these materials have been documented by the practitioners for ages and have been used to cure illness and maintain good health. Ayurvedic medicaments are made from herbs or mixtures of herbs, either alone or in combination with minerals, metals and other ingredients of animal origin. The metals, animals and minerals are purified by individual processes before being used for medicinal purposes.

   Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the stimulation of specific points on the body by a variety of techniques, including the insertion of thin metal needles though the skin. It is intended to remove blockages in the flow of energy and restore and maintain health. Acupuncture aims to restore and maintain health through the stimulation of specific points on the body.

It has been widely used as an alternative system of medicine for relief or prevention of pain (e.g. chronic low-back pain, headache, and osteoarthritis of the knee) and for various other health conditions.

   Chiropractic

Chiropractors focus on diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the effects of these disorders on the functions of the nervous system and general health. Chiropractic emphasizes manual therapy including spinal adjustment and other joint and soft-tissue manipulation.

  Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a system of medicine founded on a definite law 'like cures like'. According to this system, the choice of the medicine is fundamentally based on the principle that the medicine must have the capability of producing most similar symptoms of the disease to be cured in healthy persons. Homeopathic medicines do not have any chemical action, so they do not cause any side effects.

Homeopathy is most efficient for treating chronic ailments because it is the only system of medicine which offers curative treatment (not palliative) in many chronic ailments. Such ailments include skin disease, chronic gastric and intestinal disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, migraine, asthma, allergic disorders, menstrual complaints, other hormonal disorders, arthritis and psychological disorders.

  Naturopathy

Naturopathy is an approach to medicine that emphasizes the ability of the body to heal itself. Naturopaths contend that such a capacity for self-healing is innate and can be supported with a variety of modalities such as manual therapy, hydrotherapy, herbalism, acupuncture, counseling, environmental medicine, aromatherapy, orthomolecular medicine, nutritional counseling, homeopathy, and chiropractic.

Naturopathic practitioners prefer not to use invasive surgery, or most synthetic drugs, preferring natural remedies, for instance relatively unprocessed or whole medications, such as herbs and foods.

  Unani Medicine

Unani Medicine established that disease was a natural process and that symptoms were the reactions of the body to the disease. According to Unani, if the four main humours and the four primary qualities were all in a state of mutual equilibrium, one is considered healthy. Unanipathy aims at maintaining proper health by conserving symmetry in the different spheres of a man's life. Unanipathy is effective for curing diseases like Arthritis, Leucoderma, Jaundice, Bronchial Asthma, Filariasis and other acute and chronic diseases.
