| Breast Augmentation |

Breast Augmentation is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman's breast by placing an artificial implant behind the breast. A breast implant is usually a soft shell or a rubber sac that is filled with silicone gel or salt-water.
Duration
Breast Augmentation surgery normally takes about two to three hours. The patient can be relieved the same day or the following day. However, the patients are required to take complete rest for several days following the procedure. Normal activities should be resumed in two-three weeks. Strenuous activities or exercises should be avoided for six-eight weeks.

| Breast Lift |

Breast Lift (also known as Mastopexy) is an aesthetic surgical procedure commonly performed in men or in women to reshape sagging or drooping breasts. The surgery consists of removing excess skin from around the areola. It may also involve removing excess skin from the bottom of the breast, with shifting of the skin of the breast to tighten the skin envelope and insertion of additional volume such as an implant for added projection and smoothing of the skin.
Duration
The patient can be relieved wearing a surgical bra over the gauze dressing which is usually replaced by a support bra in the next few days. The patient can return to daily activities in about two weeks time after the operation. Patients are advised to refrain from performing any strenuous activities or exercises for about six weeks after the surgery. |

| Breast Reduction |

|
Breast Reduction or Mammaplasty is a surgical procedure aiming to remove excessive fat, glandular tissue, and skin from large and pendulous breasts, making them smaller, lighter, and firmer. Breast Reduction is also performed in men for the correction of Gynecomastia (enlargement of breast tissue in men).
Duration
The dressing is removed in about two to four days while the stitches will be removed after about three weeks following the surgery. Any strenuous activity should be avoided for the next couple of weeks. Complete healing generally takes about three months. |

| Eyelid Surgery |

|
Eyelid Surgery (also known as Blepharoplasty) is a procedure to remove the excess fat, along with skin and muscle, from the upper and lower eyelids. Eyelid Surgery is mostly done in conjunction with Face Lift, Rhinoplasty or Brow Lift surgery. The surgery is performed under local anesthesia with intravenous sedation.
Duration
Depending on the number of eyelids, the procedure can take between two to four hours. The patient is relieved the same or the next day following the surgery and can return back to daily activities in about two weeks. Physically strenuous activities like playing sports, bending and lifting heavy objects should be avoided for about two weeks following the surgery. |

| Face Lift |
 |
Face lift surgery (Rhytidectomy) is a cosmetic surgical procedure used to reshape or contour the lower two-thirds of the face. Face lift reduces the visible signs of aging produced by gravity and loss of skin elasticity, from face and neck and provides tightening of the skin and muscles to improve cheek, jowl, and neck contour. Face Lift can either be done alone or in conjunction with Eyelid Surgery, Nose Reshaping or a Forehead Lift.
Duration
The procedure of Face Lift may take anywhere from 3 - 5 hours. By ten to fourteen days non-strenuous work and light exercise may be resumed. After four to six weeks, more strenuous exercise may be resumed. |

| Male Breast Reduction |

Gynecomastia is the enlargement of breast tissue in men. This procedure is used to remove fat and/or glandular tissue from the breasts. The procedure is conducted under general anesthesia and is similar to breast reduction in females.
Duration
This procedure takes about two hours and the patient is discharged from the hospital the same day or an overnight stay is required at the hospital. The type of procedure used depends on the degree of breast enlargement. Recovery time vary from patient to patient.

| Rhinoplasty |

Rhinoplasty or Nasal surgery is an aesthetic surgical procedure to refine and reshape your nose to improve its appearance. Rhinoplasty may also be performed to reduce the dorsal hump, modify the nasal tip, narrow the nostrils, reduce the width of the nose, change the angle between the nose and the upper lip, and straighten or narrow the nasal bridge.
Duration
The procedure of Rhinoplasty takes about two hours. Rhinoplasty is usually performed on an outpatient basis. One can return to daily work within ten days. Rigorous exercises can be resumed within six to eight weeks. |

| Tummy Tuck |

Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty or Panniculectomy) is a surgical procedure used to flatten the abdominal wall or stomach area. Large amount of skin and fats are removed from the middle and lower part of the abdomen. Tummy Tuck removes excessive hanging skin, and repairs loose or stretched muscle. This improves abdominal wall tone and structure. Skin that contains stretch marks on the lower abdomen can also be removed from this procedure.
Duration
Complete Abdominoplasty takes about four hours where as Partial Abdominoplasty takes about two hours. Usually the patient needs to be hospitalized for two-three days depending on how extensive the procedure is. Patient should avoid exercises that work the abdominal muscles for three months. |

| Weight-Loss Surgery |

If non-surgical methods (such as diet and exercise) fail for patients who want to loser weight long-term, weight loss surgery is recommended. Studies demonstrate that weight-loss surgery, as compared to non-surgical treatments, yields the longest period of sustained weight loss in patients who have failed other therapies.
